Bones Hyland Dropped From Clippers Rotation

After the James Harden trade, Clippers Head Coach Ty Lue is making some initial changes to the LA Clippers’ lineup.

Unfortunately, this means that Bones Hyland will temporarily sit out of the rotation. Lue expressed the difficulty of this decision, considering Hyland’s recent strong performance.

He mentioned that it’s regrettable because Bones had been performing admirably, but they wanted to avoid having an overly compact bench group.

Nonetheless, he’s worried about having a somewhat diminutive second unit for his team. Hyland has been averaging 11.8 points per game and is shooting at a career-best 43.8% from the field.

He’s currently in his first full season with the Clippers after coming from the Denver Nuggets in a trade last season.

The Clippers suffered their fifth consecutive loss this season in their recent defeat to the Memphis Grizzlies.

They’ve been trying to find solutions, and looking ahead, the Clippers will face the reigning champions, the Denver Nuggets, in the hope of turning their fortunes around.
