Brittney Griner Won’t Return vs Fever

Mercury’s Brittney Griner suffered a leg injury after a collision with Kahleah Copper. Copper inadvertently crashed into Griner’s right hip, resulting in Griner being escorted to the locker room for further evaluation.

According to the team, she won’t return to the game. Before the injury, she grabbed four points and an assist within 11 minutes on the floor. Her next chance to suit up will be against the Connecticut Sun.
