Cardinals Make Multiple Roster Moves Ahead of Week 8 Clash vs Ravens

The Arizona Cardinals have made a series of roster adjustments in preparation for their Week 8 game vs Ravens, the team announced. The comprehensive list of changes is as follows:

– Elijah Wilkinson, a guard for the Cardinals, has been placed on the Injured Reserve list.

– Wide receiver Andre Baccellia has been promoted to the Cardinals’ active roster.

– Running back Damien Williams and defensive lineman Ben Stille have been elevated to the Cardinals’ active roster.

Wilkinson, aged 28, initially entered the NFL undrafted from the University of Massachusetts in 2017.

He began his NFL journey with the Broncos but was released after the preseason and subsequently joined their practice squad.

Over the course of two seasons, Wilkinson played under exclusive rights tenders before returning to the Broncos with a one-year, restricted tender valued at $3.27 million for the 2020 season.

He went on to have stints with the Bears and Falcons before signing with the Cardinals in March of the current year.

In the previous season, Wilkinson saw action in six games as a starting guard for the Cardinals.
