Jalen Brunson Didn’t Return to Game 7 with Apparent Injury

Knicks’ Jalen Brunson headed to the locker room in the second quarter and hasn’t come back since. As the fourth quarter starts on Sunday, he’s still in the locker room.

The Pacers are up by 17 points going into the final quarter, and Brunson is expected to miss the remainder of the game , suggesting his injury is severe. Meanwhile, OG Anunoby remains out of action.

Shams Charania of The Athletic reports that Jalen Brunson has been diagnosed with a fractured hand. Despite his injury, the point guard managed to score 17 points, shooting 6 out of 17 from the field, and provided nine assists in 29 minutes of play.

With Brunson on the sidelines, Alec Burks and Miles McBride will have to elevate their performance to fill the void.
