Jimmy Butler’s 36-Point Performance Propels Miami Heat to Seventh Consecutive Win Against Nets

Playoff Jimmy made his presence felt in Miami after just 12 regular-season games. Butler notched an impressive 36 points, leading the Miami Heat to a 122-115 victory against Mikal Bridges and the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday night.

Butler achieved his season-high point total, shooting 12-of-19. Bridges topped the Nets with 23 points in the defeat.

The win marked Miami’s seventh consecutive victory, gaining momentum as they secured a double-digit lead in the third quarter, largely fueled by Butler’s 18-point quarter, including a 10-straight-point run.

With this triumph, the Heat’s record stands at 8-4, and they aim for an eighth consecutive win on the road against the Chicago Bulls on Saturday night.

The Nets, now at 6-6, will return to Brooklyn for a Sunday home game against the Philadelphia 76ers following the loss.
