Kristaps Porzingis and Jaylen Brown Ruled Out for Tonight’s Game Against the 76ers

The participation of Jaylen Brown in tonight’s matchup against the 76ers remains uncertain, he’s listed OUT due to a non-COVID illness, as per the Underdog NBA. Likewise, Kristaps Porzingis is also ruled out for the game due to a knee issue.

Despite not being included in the initial injury report from Boston, Brown encountered health issues on Wednesday morning, opting out of the teams’ shootaround.

Tonight, the Celtics aim to avenge their recent loss to the 76ers in Philadelphia, but they might face a setback with Kristaps Porzingis and Jaylen Brown sidelined.

It’s a disappointment as both players have delivered impressive performances in the initial 10 games, forging a remarkable connection on the court.

Fortunately for the Celtics, they still boast three other standout players in Jayson Tatum, Jrue Holiday, and Derrick White, not to mention the presence of Al Horford. Sam Hauser is also expected to take on increased playing time tonight.

Both the Celtics and the 76ers hold an 8-2 record for the season, occupying the top positions in the Eastern Conference standings. Regardless of the lineup changes, Wednesday night’s game promises to be a compelling matchup.
