Pat Beverley, afflicted with neck discomfort on his right side, will not make a comeback for the Sixers in their in-season match against the Detroit Pistons on away court, reports Keith Pompey of Philly inquirer.
In the opening quarter, Patrick Beverley made his way to the locker room due to a neck injury. In the short span of his 5-minute on-court presence, he managed to skillfully assist before exiting the game.
The extent of Beverley’s injury remains uncertain currently, but his return is ruled out. In his absence, Jaden Springer emerges as a strong contender to receive extended playing time, bolstering the team’s backcourt depth.
