George picked the injury while tackling Thunders’ Luguentz Dort for a defensive rebound with 4:38 remaining in the game. In the cause of the action, George’s right knee buckled inward as he landed and simultaneously clashed with Dort’s leg.

In obvious pain and surrounded by his teammates, George stayed down for several minutes before being helped back to the trainer’s room.
