The Detroit Pistons will have guards Alec Burks and Jaden Ivey back in action for their game against the Chicago Bulls tonight.
Burks, who missed six consecutive games with a left forearm injury, is set to make his return.
In his four appearances this season, the backup guard has maintained an average of 15.0 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 2.3 assists in 25.8 minutes per game.
Similarly, Ivey, who was absent for four straight games due to illness, is also returning to the lineup.
While he initially lost his starting position to Killian Hayes at the beginning of the season, Ivey is expected to play a significant role off the bench against Chicago.
In his six appearances, Ivey has been averaging 11.8 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 2.5 assists in 20.7 minutes per game.
As for two-way guards Jared Rhoden and Malcolm Cazalon, they will be with the Motor City Cruise for the season opener against the Grand Rapids Gold.
