Trail Blazers Make Two Roster Moves Ahead of Lakers Clash

The Portland Trail Blazers have shaken up their roster by officially recalling forward Kris Murray and guard/forward Rayan Rupert from their G League affiliate, the Rip City Remix, following a short stint.

This dynamic duo played a pivotal role in securing a thrilling 114-110 victory for the Rip City Remix against the South Bay Lakers on their opponent’s home turf.

Conditt, boasting an impressive 15 points and 12 rebounds, spearheaded the scoring for the Remix, while Minaya showcased his versatility with 14 points and 8 rebounds.

Murray, the 23rd overall pick in the NBA Draft from Iowa, played a vital part in their win with 16 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists, highlighting the team’s well-rounded effort.

Murray, despite accumulating 20 minutes of playing time this season without scoring, managed to contribute with a steal, a block, and a rebound.

Also, Rupert, selected as the 43rd pick after his tenure with the New Zealand Breakers, played a mere three minutes in two games for the Blazers without registering any stats.

Looking ahead, the Blazers will venture away from their home court to face the Los Angeles Lakers at the Crypto.com Arena on Sunday evening.
